From instructional media to product leadership

  • Lead educational technology, digital product development, and scalable operations for an international online program connecting Israeli and Jewish teenagers worldwide. Approximately 15,000 participants have taken part over five years.
  • Design multilingual and population-specific interfaces, learning journeys, and digital environments. In Israel, the program operates in partnership with the Ministry of Education’s language programs and is delivered through English and Spanish tracks.
  • Translate educational needs into product requirements and user experiences. Manage UX/UI processes, Salesforce CRM, automations, integrations, participant data, reporting systems, quality assurance, and cross-functional implementation.
Head of Educational Development and LearningUnistream2021–2023
  • Led educational research and development and codified the organization’s pedagogical methodology and intellectual property, serving approximately 3,500 teens from Israel’s social and geographic periphery annually.
  • Designed annual and three-year curricula in entrepreneurship, creative thinking, soft skills, multiculturalism, community engagement, and English.
  • Established and led the English-learning component, including curriculum and materials development, instructor training, didactic supervision, and adaptation for diverse learner populations.

  • Taught Hebrew online to adult learners and international groups, and developed lesson plans, learning materials, and learner-progress reports.
  • Served on the development and didactic supervision team for Hebrew instruction at the Michve Alon military base.
